The institute also publishes a bi-annual Urdu Journal Tajdid, which means ‘renewal’. It focuses on the subjects like Islamic law, scholastic theology, (ilmul kalam), philosophy, and science. It was launched in October, 2017 under a holistic slogan “where religion meets new knowledge.” So far, its three editions have been published. The next issue is going to be published soon. This sort of purely academic journal, mainly in Urdu language, barely exists in South Asian region. All the issues can be viewed/downloaded below.
